The William Clarke Sky Villa's lower floor features an open kitchen with a completely private butlers kitchen and bathroom. Guests can choose to dine in the kitchen area with spectacular views of the MCG or the seperate dining area with table that fits up to 6. Leading into a spacious lounge with a flat screen TV and incredible views of the city and Fitzroy Gardens. The lower floor also features a seperate study room with a spacious desk and door to allow for complete privacy.
