WELCOME TO PAWS, PACK & STAY - PULLMAN EAST MELBOURNE!

Our Pet Suite is decked out with everything you and your four legged friend will need for the pawfect stay. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, milestone or want to spend a night or two away with your four legged friend, Paws, Pack & Stay is perfectly located across from Fitzroy Gardens and on the edge of the city.

You and your pet will stay in a superior suite with an outdoor courtyard that includes faux grass, mat and a kennel.

Room and rate includes:

Accomodation for up to 2 adults and 2 pets
Outdoor Terrace & Dog Kennel
Snooza Bed
Feeding Mat and Feeding Bowls
Dog Towel
Access to Room Service special Puppy Dish

Terms & Conditions – Paws, Pack & Stay

Valid for pets on the Pre-furred Animals List only upon approval, not valid for any other animals
All pets must be booked using the Paws, Pack & Stay package available directly via phone through hotel reservations. This enables us to allocate the correct suite and prepare for your arrival.
Our Paws, Pack & Stay package includes accommodation for one fur baby. We do accept two fur babies per room, however this must be confirmed with the hotel prior to your arrival.
For the comfort of other guests we ask that pets are not larger than 30kg.
Anytime your fur-baby is in a public area within the hotel grounds, we ask that they be on a leash or contained in a crate or carry bag. We offer leashes on loan should you require one for the duration of your stay.
Pooches are restricted from food service areas, in line with government regulations, however, the pet suite is a space for you to enjoy food and beverage with your pooch either in an outdoor space or outside of food service areas.
Your pooch must be house-trained and well-behaved. Should your pooch cause a disturbance to other guests you will be issued a warning. Continual disturbance will result in the cancellation of your accommodation reservation, without a refund.
Pawrents must ensure that they are taking their pooch for regular bathroom breaks and assure that pooches are not left unattended in rooms or vehicles. Each welcome tote bag comes with free ‘poop bags’ to help you keep our neighbourhood clean and tidy.
Whilst there is no additional cleaning fee, any damage to the room and/or soiling will occur additional cleaning/replacement fees.
All Fur-Guests must comply with Victorian State Law:

The Domestic Animals Regulation 2015 in Victoria demands that all dog owners of declared dangerous dogs, declared menacing dogs and restricted breed dogs must comply with all requirements of the Act or face large fines for each offense or even imprisonment.

Victoria has listed dog breeds that fit the Victorian “Approved Standard” which are restricted and must comply with Act requirements.
